Service Description

This session takes you on a journey through breathwork, yoga poses, and meditation, and ends with a relaxing facial massage ("savasana assist"). This class is all about exploring what YOUR yoga practice looks like, helping you connect deeply with yourself. Expect a blend of Hatha yoga’s grace and alignment with the fluid movements of Vinyasa, ending with Yin and Restorative postures to calm the nervous system. This friendly community of men and women often sit for a chilled cup of tea before heading home and it's been beautiful to witness the power of community and connection in and after these classes. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, this class welcomes all levels, men and women, with plenty of options and a healthy dose of playfulness. If we’re on the Bristol Downs, bring your mat, blanket, and jumper (+ optional tea!). At the studio sessions, all props and equipment are provided.
